AirVM issued three press releases this morning, just days before our arrival in San Francisco for VMworld 2015. As our Founder Joshua Vautour said when addressing the company yesterday, these announcements are the direct result of the hard work and dedication of everyone at AirVM. We took time out to mark the occasion prior to today’s announcements.

Let’s get to the news!

AirVM Raises $8.0 million in Series A Funding

“Led by RHO Canada Ventures, joined by Build Ventures, and current investor Wesley Clover, the Series A financing positions AirVM for continued global growth as they scale to meet the demand for their cloud management platform, AirSembly.” Read the full press release here.

AirVM Announces RackSpace as a Service Provider Partner

“AirVM will provide Rackspace with its AirSembly software – a platform that Rackspace can adopt to help speed up delivery of VMware cloud services to customers and increase operational efficiency.” Read more about Rackspace and AirVM here.

AirSembly 2.0 is here!

The first two announcements already make it a big news day, but we aren’t quite done yet. We also announced the release of AirSembly 2.0 featuring a new UI and support for vCloud Air. Read all about the new standard for cloud management platforms here.
